Answer inbound calls for home service clients Provide professional, friendly customer service Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Build positive, professional relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality support Navigate multiple systems while supporting multiple clients Represent client brands with consistency and care What We’re Looking For
Clear, professional communicator Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Comfortable multitasking across tools and clients Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback Aligned with our values of being proactive, transparent, and team-oriented Schedule & Availability
Our team operates Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST. Specific shifts vary and will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation & Benefits
