Position Customer Service Representative (Spanish or French with English Preferred) – Full Time. Salary: $17.00 per hour.
Schedule Monday - Thursday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm; Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Processing caller requests.
Helping callers understand account information.
Providing issue resolution and sending educational material responsive to callers’ needs.
Resolving delinquencies, payoffs, refunds, and follow‑up items.
Making outbound calls to creditors or callers to resolve inquiries.
Handling customer service issues for clients and any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Participating in paid training.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Spanish skills preferred; French fluency optional. Bilingual ability and strong communication in English required.
Strong people skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work daily.
Knowledge and use of PC systems and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and self‑motivated to continuously improve.
Must work in the office location.
