The store combines a highly curated grocery assortment with prepared foods, smoothies, coffee, and functional wellness products in one seamless retail experience. Every product is rigorously vetted to eliminate GMOs, seed oils, artificial flavors, and synthetic ingredients — creating a high-trust environment where customers can shop confidently and without compromise.
Nude Miami offers a modern alternative to traditional grocery while serving as a discovery platform for emerging clean-label consumer brands. With multiple locations in development, the company is building a scalable platform at the intersection of grocery, prepared food, wellness, and culture.
Role Description We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to join the founding store team. This is not a traditional retail role. It’s an opportunity to help shape a new kind of health & wellness brand from the ground up.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be cross‑trained throughout the store and become a trusted guide for customers discovering Nude Miami.
Responsibilities include:
Educating customers on products, ingredients, and brand stories
Supporting the smoothie, coffee, matcha, and cold‑pressed juice bar
Operating the register and assisting with checkout
Assisting with events featuring founders and emerging wellness companies
Supporting in‑store content creation and social media moments
Helping merchandise shelves and highlight new brands
Creating a warm, premium in‑store experience
Acting as a representative of the Nude Miami brand
Qualifications This role is ideal for someone who:
Is passionate about health, wellness, and clean ingredients
Enjoys talking to people and creating great experiences
Wants to grow with a fast‑moving startup
Is curious, proactive, and detail‑oriented
Feels excited about helping build something from day one
Hospitality, cafe, retail, fitness, or wellness experience is preferred but not required.
This is a ground‑floor role where top performers will have opportunities to grow into:
