Manning Pool Service is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join our inside office team.
This role is the communication hub of our company. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating with our field technicians, scheduling services, and helping ensure every customer receives clear communication and great service.

What You’ll Do
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers
Schedule pool service, maintenance, and repair appointments
Create and send service quotes and obtain customer approvals
Communicate with technicians regarding service issues, alerts, and updates
Follow up with customers regarding services, repairs, and satisfaction
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation in company software
Support sales and service operations through organized follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Calm, professional demeanor when handling customer concerns
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools is a plus
Prior customer service or office experience preferred (but not required)
