As a Customer Relations Specialist at GEARYS Beverly Hills Rolex Boutiques, you will be the voice of GEARYS Beverly Hills across a variety of channels, fostering positive relationships and exceeding guest expectations at every interaction. You will play a vital role in managing all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring our guests feel informed, valued, and connected throughout their experience.
What You'll Do:
Field, initiate, and respond to all guest communications through multiple channels, including email, social media platforms (direct messages & comments), online review sites (Google, Yelp), and phone calls.
Initiate post-visit communications to nurture relationships and gather valuable feedback.
Schedule in-store appointments efficiently via phone, email, and website submission forms, ensuring a smooth guest journey.
Though not directly interacting with guests in person, you'll embody the GEARYS Beverly Hills spirit through professional and informative communication.
