About the Role:
As a Client Communications Specialist, you will serve as the voice of the brand across a variety of channels, fostering positive relationships and exceeding guest expectations at every interaction. You will play a key role in managing all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring guests feel informed, valued, and connected throughout their experience.
What You’ll Do:

Field, initiate, and respond to all guest communications across multiple channels, including email, social media platforms (direct messages and comments), online review sites (Google, Yelp), and phone calls • Initiate post-visit communication to nurture relationships and gather feedback • Schedule in-store appointments via phone, email, and website submissions, ensuring a seamless guest journey • Represent the brand through professional, polished, and informative communication at all times What We’re Looking For: •
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and warm tone • Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while prioritizing effectively • Proficiency with email, social platforms, online review sites, and CRM systems • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • A genuine interest in client experience and relationship building • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support a seamless client journey • Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management Why Join: •
