Duties & Responsibilities
As a Domino's Crew Member, you are often the first person to welcome and interface with Domino’s customers. Your performance relies on enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders with a smile.
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Willingly take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in or reach‑in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Perform accurate basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and provide correct monetary change (calculator may be used).
Comfortably utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Physical Requirements
Daily tasks performed while standing; on your feet for the majority of the shift.
Walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum in some food process areas; work surfaces height between 36" and 44".
Bulk product deliveries occur two to three times per week, requiring unloading of items that may weigh up to 50 pounds; lifting and/or stacking may be necessary.
Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use may be required.
Hand‑eye coordination necessary for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
