We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative I to join our team in Pineville, NC. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or in person Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Process orders, updates, and customer requests in internal systems Maintain and update customer records with a high level of accuracy Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication Qualifications

Recent experience in Customer Service and/or Administrative roles required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns effectively Work Environment
