Customer Service Representative
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Maumee, OH. This is for a leading producer of furniture offering personal and office lines. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing problems over the phone. The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle accounts and sales calls, and be responsible for any necessary data entry. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $19-$21/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm (may vary slightly) Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
Support outside Sales Reps Assist in quotes and ordering of merchandise Communication via phone, email, website, answering all questions and handling any concerns/issues Facilitate communication between UK offices and US offices Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications
