Job Overview

DeGennaro Construction LLC is hiring a dependable Residential & Commercial Construction Carpenter to support hands-on field operations. This role is ideal for a motivated tradesperson who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants consistent work with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, drywall, flooring, and installations
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials per project specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist Lead Carpenter with daily tasks and project execution
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Follow all jobsite safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• No certifications required
