Job Overview

DeGennaro Construction LLC is hiring a dependable Residential & Commercial Construction Carpenter to support hands-on field operations. This role is ideal for a motivated tradesperson who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants consistent work with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, drywall, flooring, and installations
Measure, cut, and assemble materials per project specifications
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist Lead Carpenter with daily tasks and project execution
Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
Follow all jobsite safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

2+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
No certifications required
