Master’s Degree required (Doctorate preferred). Minimum of 5 years experience as an educational leader in a public‑school setting. Experience in coordinating curriculum, professional development, federal programs/grants; supervising staff; budget preparation; analyzing student achievement data; and working with teachers to apply the use of data to increase student achievement. A strong knowledge of differentiated instruction, use of technology, current research in curriculum and instructional leadership required. Experience as a teacher at the secondary level is preferred.
