Print Production Lead

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We’re hiring a Print Production Lead to guide our custom graphics printing team while remaining actively involved in daily production. This is a working leader role—ideal for an experienced print or manufacturing professional who enjoys mentoring others, setting the pace, and ensuring high-quality output.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be on the production floor—supporting operators, prioritizing work, solving problems, and making quality decisions that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily production flow and assign work to meet deadlines
• Be the go‑to leader on the floor—remove roadblocks and keep jobs moving
• Inspect finished products and make confident quality decisions
• Train, coach, and cross‑train team members
• Assist with printer setup and minor equipment troubleshooting
• Collaborate with other leads to balance workload and resources
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Consumer product manufacturing experience required
• Custom printing or graphics production experience preferred
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detail
• Basic Adobe Illustrator and intermediate computer skills
