We’re hiring a
Print Production Lead
to guide our custom graphics printing team while remaining actively involved in daily production. This is a
working leader role —ideal for an experienced print or manufacturing professional who enjoys mentoring others, setting the pace, and ensuring high-quality output.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be on the production floor—supporting operators, prioritizing work, solving problems, and making quality decisions that matter.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily production flow and assign work to meet deadlines
Be the go‑to leader on the floor—remove roadblocks and keep jobs moving
Inspect finished products and make confident quality decisions
Train, coach, and cross‑train team members
Assist with printer setup and minor equipment troubleshooting
Collaborate with other leads to balance workload and resources
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
Consumer product manufacturing experience required
Custom printing or graphics production experience preferred
Hands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detail
Basic Adobe Illustrator and intermediate computer skills
