Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will be the operational leader of the parish. This key administrative leader will oversee day-to-day operations across our campus: process development and documentation, facilities, scheduling, communications, employment administration, and staff support. It's a full-time, on-site role that will reporting to a pastor. A background in ministry or nonprofit operations is helpful but not required.
