Senior Executive & Personal Assistant – Empower the Leadership of a Premier Restoration Firm
Job Overview Company: Executive Exteriors.
Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience).
Location: Highland Village / Flower Mound, TX.
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Flexible hours as needed.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
The Opportunity You will serve as the indispensable right hand to a fast-moving CEO, driving excellence across both business operations and personal lifestyle management. Responsibilities
Coordinate high-level project execution across multiple business priorities to maintain organizational momentum.
Manage complex executive calendars and personal schedules to ensure seamless daily transitions.
Execute family transportation and lifestyle logistics with the highest level of reliability and care.
Draft professional communications and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion and precision.
Facilitate seamless office operations by anticipating the needs of executive leadership before they arise.
Represent the CEO’s office with a high degree of professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of combined experience as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant.
Proven track record of supporting a high-level entrepreneur, CEO, or business owner.
Local residency within 10–15 minutes of the Highland Village/Flower Mound area.
Strong tech fluency and the ability to master new software and organizational tools quickly.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience managing both professional business tasks and personal/family logistics.
Experience in the construction, restoration, or roofing industry.
Advanced proficiency in project management software or specialized scheduling tools.
