
Agent Engagement Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the managementand tracking ofagent award programs.
Maintain and oversee Wall of Fame, Kickoff Awards, VIP & Chairman’s Awards, and referral awards.
Work closely with Awards Concepts to track shipments and business card orders for winners.
Event Planning & Engagement Initiatives
Coordinate and support field events such as Kickoff, SSR, Fall Trip, AEP Kickoff, andotherrecognition programs.
Lead eventlogistics, includingvendor management,pre-eventcommunications,and on-site execution.
Collaborate with sales leaders and internal teams to enhance event experiences for agents.
Communication & Promotions
Develop and distribute the monthly Field Newsletter, including promotions, incentives, event updates, andnew resources.
Manage cross-departmental communications, ensuring consistent and transparent updates to the field.
Create and execute field promotions and incentivecampaignflyers and communication updates.
Training Support & Best Practices
Identifyand document best practices from top-performing agents and Field Market Leaders.
Partner with the training team to enhance learning materials and distribute them to agents.
Project Management & Reporting
Attend and provide updates in weekly syncs and cross-functional team meetings.
Track and report engagement initiatives and communication efforts using internal tracking tools.
Maintain and update key resources in SharePoint, Salesforce, and internal platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in event coordination, training, or employee engagement.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in recognition programs, promotions, or incentive-based engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing field communications.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and design tools (Canva, InDesign preferred).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive engagement initiatives.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Continually required toutilizehand and fingerdexterity.
Continuallyutilizevisual acuity tooperateequipment, read
technical information, and/or use akeyboard.
