The Hampshire Regional YMCA is looking to fill an important role on our senior management team! Bachelor's degree in recreation, business, management, human services, or related field Five years experience in a field related to Aquatics and/or Membership Five years management experience required, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit Current lifeguard certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
