A local community YMCA is seeking a Senior Program Director to join our senior management team. The candidate will steer the success of the YMCA and engage with various demographics. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, five years of experience in Aquatics or Membership, and a strong background in management preferably in nonprofits. The ideal candidate must obtain a lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire.
