How to Apply Why you should prayerfully consider applying for this:

If you're a seminary student, you'll receive real ministry experience with a well-paying job and church environment that will support you as you continue your studies.

If you’re interested in kingdom impact, caring for medical trainees at this point in their lives will have a multiplying effect as students from these schools go out from Houston to serve patients across the country and the world. Equipping these students now is a significant kingdom work as they go out to serve God through medicine for the rest of their lives.

If you're interested in church planting, you'll have a front row seat to the operations of a church plant and the opportunity to lead a young ministry, providing a solid foundation for future church planting. Advent is also a part of the SWCPN and HCPN, providing further support and networking connections.

If you're looking for a full-time ministry leadership role, this position offers stability with an opportunity to make an impact on an often overlooked but extremely grateful population of people in medical students. There are opportunities to share the gospel with non-Christians, encourage the faith of young and growing Christians, and grow your ministry skills. This role is great training for future RUF and other ministry leadership opportunities.

Whether you are in this role for 3-5 years or longer, this is a great opportunity to impact others for Christ and grow in your faith.
