Paid Media Analyst
As Paid Media Analyst at CAVA, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the day‑to‑day execution of brand campaigns and initiatives. The role involves executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels, acting as a key connector between Brand Marketing, Creative, and Media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on‑brand, on‑time, and aligned to performance goals.
What You’ll Do
Support day‑to‑day execution of paid media campaigns across digital platforms
Assist in building campaign briefs for agencies and internal media teams
Liaise between Brand Marketing, Creative, and Agency teams to ensure alignment and consistent delivery
Coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional deliverables to ensure on‑time launches
Maintain campaign calendars, tracking launch dates, flighting, and asset delivery deadlines
Support trafficking of creative assets to media partners and agencies
Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and reflect brand standards
Track creative performance and assist in testing documentation
Monitor campaign performance and assist in identifying optimization opportunities
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports
Support analysis of campaign results, including pacing, budget allocation, and KPIs
Conduct competitive research on paid media trends, platforms, and best practices
Support communication with external vendors and media partners
Help maintain documentation of media processes and learnings
The Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, media or related field
Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks and timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Google, Tableau)
Experience working with creative teams or agency partners is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
Physical Requirements
Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
Constantly position self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
