Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Manager to oversee our credit operations and ensure the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of credit risk management. This role involves evaluating creditworthiness, managing credit policies, and collaborating with various departments to optimize our lending processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with luggage, loading and unloading from vehicles/ferry
Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities
Deliver packages, messages, and requested items to guest rooms
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area
Coordinate with front desk and concierge staff to ensure smooth guest service
Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when required
Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to lift heavy luggage (typically 50 lbs / 23 kg or more)
Basic knowledge of local area and attractions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
