Pine Drive Baptist Church in Dickinson, TX is seeking a Senior Pastor to serve as the spiritual leader of our church. The Senior Pastor will be responsible for the spiritual life and growth of the congregation, including preaching, leading worship services, and developing and implementing a vision for the church's future. Senior Pastor Duties and Responsibilities
Preach sermons, lead worship services, and provide spiritual guidance to the congregation Develop and implement a long-term vision for the church Lead staff, including the recruitment and supervision of pastors and other staff members Create and supervise programs and activities Develop and maintain relationships with other religious organizations and denominations Provide pastoral counseling and spiritual guidance to members of the congregation Lead outreach and mission efforts Senior Pastor Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in theology or related field is a plus 5+ years of experience in a pastoral or religious leadership role Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of Christian teachings and doctrine Able to build relationships and collaborate with other religious organizations Passion for helping others and promoting the spiritual growth of church members Willingness to relocate to, or in the surrounding communities of, Dickinson, TX.
