In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free experience. Full-time position | Commission-based pay (uncapped earning potential) What You’ll Do
Respond promptly to internet, live chat, and phone inquiries to generate sales appointments Log daily sales activities in the CRM and follow up with prospective customers Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle Conduct professional vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, features, and technology Assist customers with completing sales and financing paperwork Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure complete satisfaction Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Perform additional sales and administrative tasks as needed What We Offer

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous automotive sales experience preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and digital) Ability to understand customer needs and overcome objections Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Schedule & Work Environment
Monday–Friday: 8AM–6PM | every other Saturday: 8AM–5PM Must be available to work scheduled shifts during operating hours above Onsite role in Payson, Arizona Combination of indoor showroom and outdoor lot environment How to Apply
