Built in 2008, the Riverwoods Campus is Cache Valley's largest and most dynamic hospitality destination, encompassing the Riverwoods Conference Center, Elements Restaurant, and TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites by Marriott. We host everything from corporate events to weddings and quinceaeras, and our success starts with our people. As the Director of Food & Beverage, your day begins by setting the tone, walking the floor, engaging your team, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring that services run smoothly across the restaurant and conference center. You lead by example, coach managers, solve challenges in real time, monitor food quality and service consistency, and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol regulations, all while keeping profitability and guest satisfaction aligned through thoughtful leadership. Proven leadership experience in food & beverage (hotel or full-service restaurant) Strong financial knowledge of labor, food cost, and budgeting Experience managing teams and driving accountability Knowledge of food safety and alcohol regulations Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays READY TO APPLY?
