Roles and Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will lead significant portions of projects, manage workstreams, and guide junior colleagues. You’ll engage directly with clients, ensuring insights are translated into actionable recommendations. Your sphere of influence includes yourself and your project team, as you take responsibility for team execution, collaboration, and the quality of collective outcomes.

Lead project workstreams, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Drive analyses and translate findings into client-ready insights, strategies, and presentations.

Engage directly with clients, representing the firm’s perspective, and navigating smaller negotiations with professionalism.

Mentor and coach junior consultants to build team capability and support project success.

Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, authoring case studies, and participating in client pursuits.

Lead internal initiatives and serve on Thrivence or Barge committees to advance firm priorities.

Balance delivery excellence with professional growth and composure under pressure.

Education & Experience Qualifications Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead portions of projects and manage junior staff.

Experience engaging directly with clients in a professional capacity.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

At least one relevant certification.

5–8 years of consulting or related experience.
