Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities : As a Managing Director, you will oversee key client relationships, drive strategic and financial growth, and guide the success of Thrivence’s service lines. Your sphere of influence spans yourself, your teams, clients, service lines, and firm leadership. With a focus on profitability, talent development, and organizational excellence, you will lead complex engagements, shape strategic direction, and ensure Thrivence continues to deliver exceptional value across industries. Drive firmwide profitability, oversee key performance metrics, and ensure the success of practices and service lines. Provide operational leadership by managing internal initiatives such as staffing, hiring, and organizational effectiveness. Oversee senior leaders, foster collaboration, accountability, and clarity across complex situations. Shape Thrivence’s strategic direction by guiding long-term growth, recruiting top talent, and defining firmwide hiring strategy. Independently sell and deliver complex, high-impact client engagements, converting relationships and networks into strategic opportunities. Represent Thrivence through board service, industry leadership, and speaking engagements while modeling a culture of innovation and performance.
Education & Experience Qualifications
Extensive experience leading consulting practices or major client accounts. Recognized expertise and thought leadership in relevant industries. Strong track record of business development and firm growth. Advanced degree preferred; industry authority strongly valued. Recognized industry authority.
