eCommerce & Marketing Specialist About Fermob:

We are looking for an eCommerce & Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence and eCommerce business.

Position Summary In this role you will combine a strong eye for design with hands-on experience in eCommerce and marketplaces, creating compelling content and delivering meaningful customer experiences. Working in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment, you will partner with international teams to bring ideas to life, optimize our online presence, follow up with the Customer Service team on order fulfillment, and contribute to strategic initiatives while staying ahead of emerging eCommerce trends through ongoing market research.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in an eCommerce or related role

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Familiarity with marketing automation tools

Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing

Experience with Google Analytics

Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Experience with Amazon marketplace and B2B eCommerce is a plus

Video, photography competences

AI marketing tools knowledge

Comfortable with KPI, reporting, analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in an international environment

Strong focus on TEAMWORK

Responsibilities (eCommerce)

Monitor the online product offer, including new product launches, discontinued items, product visuals, descriptions, and e-merchandising, etc.

Follow up on website developments with headquarters (HQ) (new sections, functionalities, and improvements, B2B eCommerce website, etc.)

Participate in the definition of action plan timelines (campaigns, brand content, seasonal activations, etc.), define, develop, and implement local content in collaboration with HQ

Cooperate with HQ on marketing automation campaigns

Participate in paid media campaigns in collaboration with the French team to maximize ROI

Partner and cooperate with HQ in France to optimize website performance in terms of SEO & LEO, and user experience

Provide stock recommendations for the B2C eCommerce website

Manage the Amazon boutique, including product listings and customer order follow-up with the online agency (product information, and content creation)

Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities

Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates

Work closely with the sales team to align our eCommerce strategy with that for online retailers

Act as the main point of contact for Customer Service regarding eCommerce orders

Other tasks and projects as assigned

Responsibilities (Marketing)

Update or create sales presentation to support Sales team

Adapt sales tools to local needs

Identify and create case studies for contract market

Coordinate launch of new brand on US market (newsletter and emailing campaigns, tools, presentations, etc./ eCommerce activation)
