Marketing Manager (Private Club)

Responsibilities Related Ross is seeking a highly skilled marketing manager for a new private members’ club in Downtown West Palm Beach who will serve in a key role in marketing the club to prospective members. The club is slated to open in 2029, after which, the position will evolve into an ongoing member experience marketing role.

This is a high-trust, high-functioning position at the center of the club’s membership ecosystem, requiring maximum discretion, social and intellectual agility, technological fluency and an ability to engage with a sophisticated, discerning membership base.

The successful candidate will combine proven marketing capabilities across a variety of categories including luxury goods and experiences, with exceptional communication skills, excellent judgment and a natural understanding of elevated hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES Initial responsibilities related to membership sales will include:

Creating, maintaining and updating all marketing and presentation materials and content used by the sales team and the Related Ross marketing and executive teams

Materials and initiatives will include presentations, print and digital collateral, direct marketing materials, e-newsletters, private events and experiences, invitations and premium gifting

Act as a coordinator and liaison on press efforts with Related Ross’s VP of Communications

Initiating and managing member and prospective member communications

Managing day-to-day relationships with marketing agencies

Additional ad-hoc marketing responsibilities, as needed

Collaborating with the Communications and Sales teams to develop client hosting experiences and events designed to attract and capture interest in the club, including:

Conceptualizing and pitching event themes, programming, and experiences aligned with the club's brand and membership goals

Managing end-to-end event planning and execution from venue logistics, vendor sourcing and negotiation, catering, entertainment, décor, and AV/production

Developing and managing event budgets, timelines, and run-of-show documents

Coordinating RSVPs, guest list management, and on-site guest experience

Securing and managing vendor, partner, and sponsor relationships

Briefing internal stakeholders and preparing event recaps with attendance data, feedback, and ROI metrics

Overseeing post-event follow-up communications and lead tracking in coordination with the sales team

Maintaining an annual events calendar and proactively identifying opportunities for member engagement and prospective member outreach

Ensuring all event touchpoints from invitations, signage, collateral, gifting are consistent with brand standards

Qualifications

5+ years in a high-performance, detail-oriented marketing role

Experience with luxury goods and/or hospitality preferred

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field

Strong analytical and organizational thinking

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to anticipate needs and operate with structure and foresight

Ability to handle sensitive member and business information with absolute discretion

Utilizes sound judgment in all interactions, particularly with high-profile individuals

Embodies/reflects the club’s ethos: intelligent, engaged, forward-thinking, and hospitality-driven

Working Conditions

Full-time, in-office role based in West Palm Beach
