Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the nursing department, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices
Conduct resident assessments and coordinate care plans in partnership with physicians, families, and other staff
Monitor resident health and safety, addressing concerns promptly and effectively
Oversee medication management, infection control, and quality assurance programs
Mentor and develop nursing team members to maintain a high standard of care
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) with experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care
Proven leadership skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative teams
Thorough understanding of state healthcare regulations
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Passion for providing resident-centered care
