Benefits Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based out of Vancouver, WA. We are looking for a dedicated Benefits Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will manage employee benefits programs, assist with enrollments and inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong benefits knowledge and a passion for supporting employees. Location: Vancouver, WA Duration: Temp-to-hire Hours/Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Compensation: $28$35 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities: Administer and support employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary benefits Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding benefits Collaborate with brokers and vendors to manage plan options and changes Maintain accurate records and documentation for all benefits programs Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit policies and procedures Participate in open enrollment planning and execution Qualifications: Proven experience as a Benefits Specialist or in a similar HR/benefits role Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and related regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
