Overview
High Rock Waterproofing Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship Review project plans, specifications, and schedules Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codes Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress Communicate effectively with project stakeholders Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and construction documents Familiarity with construction software such as Raken and Blue Beam Strong knowledge of quality control procedures Excellent supervisory and leadership skills Ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets Compensation and Benefits
