WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Talent Attraction Specialist, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process across the USA and Canada for roles spanning engineering, manufacturing, field services, operations, and corporate functions. You are the first face of TURBINE-X Energy and you have to make it count.

Proactive Sourcing:

Build and execute strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry networks, and technical school partnerships.

Pipeline Management:

Nurture active talent pools for high-demand, hard-to-fill technical roles to ensure we are always "ready for what comes next."

Market Insight:

Coach hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and realistic hiring timelines.

Candidate Experience & Branding

End-to-End Ownership:

Serve as the primary contact from the first hello through the offer decision, delivering a warm, values-aligned experience.

Assessment:

Screen candidates for technical competency, role readiness, and alignment with TURBINE-X core values.

Employer Branding:

Lead branding efforts, including job posting strategies and social media presence, to show how we stand out in competitive markets.

Growth & Programs

Workforce Development:

Support early-career programs, including internships, co-ops, and our X-FACTOR workforce development initiatives.

Process Excellence:

Maintain clean ATS data and documentation while constantly finding "smarter ways" to improve workflows and tools.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING Education and Credentials

Technical Expertise:

5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally supporting engineering, manufacturing, or industrial services.

Cross-Border Knowledge:

Experience recruiting in both the USA and Canada is strongly preferred, including a working knowledge of regional employment standards.

Tool Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and modern ATS platforms.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Safety Compliance:

Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs.

PPE:

Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
