The US Oncology Network is looking for a Talent Sourcing Strategist (remote) to join our team at Texas Oncology.

What does the Talent Sourcing Strategist do? Including but not limited to:

Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities: including but not limited to:

Contributes to sourcing efforts for specialized and hard‑to‑fill healthcare roles by building and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Identifies and engages qualified talent using Boolean search, X‑ray techniques, AI‑enabled sourcing tools, and targeted online communities.

Explores and tests new sourcing channels while helping evaluate the effectiveness of existing pipelines and sourcing strategies.

Develops and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates through consistent outreach, supporting short‑ and long‑term hiring needs.

Talent Intelligence & Market Insights

Enables competitor mapping and labour market research by gathering and organising data across current and emerging healthcare talent markets.

Prepares and shares database findings with recruiters and hiring leaders to support sourcing discussions and hiring decisions.

Helps conduct competitor talent reviews by analysing publicly available information on team structures, hiring activity, skill demand, and geographic hiring patterns.

Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

Uses company branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) materials to support outreach efforts and help expand candidate reach and engagement.

Creates personalised, role‑specific messaging to engage candidates and contribute to a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Identifies areas for improvement in recruitment marketing efforts and shares recommendations to help enhance visibility, engagement, and candidate conversion.

Technology, Innovation & Process Optimization

Utilises Talent Acquisition technologies such as CRM/ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing systems to support efficient and effective recruiting efforts.

Adopts new tools and features, including AI‑enabled sourcing solutions, to improve productivity and support sourcing and hiring outcomes.

Continually improves use of sourcing and recruiting tools to increase efficiency, enhance candidate quality, and support timely hiring delivery.

Identifies opportunities to streamline tools and workflows and partners with team members to help implement improvements that strengthen talent attraction efforts.

Qualifications The ideal candidate for the position will have the following background and experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology).

3+ years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition.

Strong proficiency with modern recruitment and sourcing technologies, tools, and platforms.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Demonstrated success developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and applying advanced sourcing skills. To include strong proficiency in data analysis.

Proven track record of consistently meeting recruitment and sourcing deliverables.

Deep commitment to DEI principles, with experience implementing inclusive sourcing practices.

Expertise in leveraging company branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) throughout recruitment lifecycle, including talent community engagement, email outreach, and drip‑campaign strategies.
