Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Strategist with 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceuticals. The role requires a strategic thinker who excels at identifying niche talent, building long‑term pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to influence hiring outcomes. You will play a critical role in developing talent strategies that support organizational growth and innovation.
Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing and Talent Engagement
Leads advanced sourcing efforts for highly specialized and complex healthcare roles, ensuring strong talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
Creatively identifies top‑tier talent through advanced Boolean search, X‑Ray techniques, AI tools, and niche digital communities.
Proactively discovers new sourcing channels while monitoring the performance of traditional pipelines to ensure optimal results.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with passive candidates, fostering sustained engagement and developing long‑term strategic pipelines.
Talent Intelligence & Market Insights
Conducts competitor mapping, labor market research, and talent pool analysis across current and emerging markets to inform sourcing strategy.
Delivers data‑driven insights to hiring leaders that shape sourcing approaches and influence strategic hiring decisions.
Performs comprehensive competitor talent analysis, including organizational structure, hiring trends, critical skills, and geographic expansion patterns.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
Leverages company branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to expand candidate reach and deepen talent engagement.
Crafts personalized, role‑specific messaging that enhances the candidate experience and strengthens connection throughout the recruitment process.
Identifies opportunities to optimize recruitment marketing strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
Technology, Innovation & Process Optimization
Effectively leverages and optimizes modern Talent Acquisition technologies, including CRM/ATS platforms, advanced sourcing systems, and recruitment marketing tools.
Early adopter of innovative solutions—particularly AI‑driven tools—maximizing their impact on sourcing strategy, efficiency, and talent outcomes.
Continuously refines sourcing tool utilization to enhance efficiency, improve talent quality, and accelerate delivery timelines.
Proactively identifies and executes opportunities to optimize tools, workflows, and technologies to strengthen talent attraction performance and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology).
5+ years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition.
Extensive experience with modern recruitment and sourcing technologies, platforms, and tools.
Advanced proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques and talent intelligence solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
Proven success in niche sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and talent data analysis.
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment and sourcing deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement DEI‑focused, inclusive sourcing practices and channels.
Deep understanding of recruitment marketing channels and expertise in leveraging them throughout the recruitment life cycle.
Experience with full life‑cycle recruiting (preferred).
