Your Day
Lead Hand-Off meetings with sales and estimators to establish scope, timelines, and expectations.
Drive strategic decisions with the project team to keep budgets tight and schedules realistic.
Provide proactive updates to customers and general contractors - no surprises, ever.
Send and track RFIs to keep information flowing and issues unblocked.
Process change orders and approve invoices - accurately, promptly, and with full documentation.
Schedule and run Close-Out meetings to ensure punch lists are finished and clients are thrilled.
This Commercial Project Manager position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Basic roofing knowledge
Basic estimating knowledge
Basic computer skills
Having above average planning and communication skills is a plus!
