Role
The Role
Campaign Coordinator
This role is for someone who loves execution, thrives in organized chaos, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything moving.
Campaign Coordinators are a key part of how MomentIQ wins. You’ll help run creator campaigns end-to-end — contracting creators, managing deliverables, keeping timelines tight, coordinating payments, and tracking performance. You’ll work closely with internal teams, creators, and brand partners to make sure campaigns ship cleanly and drive results.
This position will be a
hybrid role based in Los Angeles . We’re flexible on remote, but prefer team members be LA-based so they can attend in-person events and plug into the creator ecosystem. This world hits different when you can see it live.
About You
If you’re looking to work somewhere fast-paced, collaborative, and genuinely fun — with people who are smart and kind — we’d love to meet you.
You:
Are extremely organized and love systems, checklists, and tight follow-through
Communicate clearly, quickly, and professionally (written + verbal)
Can juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
Learn fast, ask great questions, and take feedback well
Are excited about creators, social commerce, and what makes TikTok content convert
Have strong instincts for what “good content” looks like — and aren’t afraid to give clear feedback
Operate with high ownership: if something is broken, you fix it (or find the person who can)
What You’ll Be Doing
Creator Contracting
Take a list of creators for a campaign (including max bids) and contract them to deliver content
Confirm deliverables, timelines, usage/whitelisting needs, and compensation in writing
Keep creator communication tight, friendly, and accountable
Content Production Support
Manage creator deliverables from brief → draft → approval → posting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creators have what they need (product info, offers, talking points, guardrails)
Track timelines and keep campaigns moving without last-minute chaos
Content Quality Control
Review creator drafts and posted content for alignment with creative briefs and brand guidelines
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve quality and performance while staying on schedule
Escalate risks early (missed deadlines, off-brand content, compliance issues)
Creator Payments & Admin
Track creator payment status and ensure creators are paid accurately and on time
Collect/verify invoices and required details, and keep records clean
Support any payment issue resolution quickly and professionally
Campaign Reporting
Track performance against key metrics and compile clean recaps
Pull learnings on what’s working (hooks, formats, creators, offers) and share insights with the team
Help improve workflows as we scale
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social media, e-commerce, agency work, or high-output ops/project coordination (internships count)
Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working fast and staying organized across multiple priorities
Basic comfort with data/performance metrics (you don’t need to be an analyst — you need to be curious and precise)
Interest in TikTok Shop, creators, affiliate commerce, and LIVE shopping
LA-based strongly preferred (hybrid role)
If this sounds like what you’re looking for in this stage of life, we encourage you to apply.
