The Role TikTok Shop Account Manager This is a high-ownership role for someone who can drive GMV growth and build real partnerships - not just manage tasks.
You’ll own and scale a growing portfolio of TikTok Shop accounts, serving as the strategic quarterback across performance, offer strategy, creator/affiliate commerce, and LIVE + shoppable content execution.
Your job is simple to describe and hard to do:
make our brands win,
repeatedly,
at scale.
This position will be a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. We’re flexible on remote, but prefer team members be LA-based so they can attend in-person events like our creator LIVE showcases. This ecosystem hits different when you can drop by the office on a Tuesday and see an MIQ creator move $250k in GMV in a single LIVE.

You:
Understand how to build and maintain strong, growth-driven client relationships
Have hands-on TikTok Shop experience (a must) and strong instincts for what makes social commerce engaging, entertaining, educational, and converting
Think in data but dream in content - comfortable analyzing performance while ideating creative opportunities
Are highly motivated, fast-learning, and excited to work on an agile, close-knit team
Are passionate about social, creator, and affiliate commerce
Are incredibly organized and thrive while juggling multiple accounts and priorities
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, creators, and internal teams
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and stay tapped into emerging trends and opportunities
Can evaluate creator and brand potential through both performance metrics and creative brand fit
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the strategy and performance for a
growing portfolio
of TikTok Shop accounts
Build account roadmaps that drive measurable GMV lift (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Act as the trusted advisor to brands: align goals, set priorities, and lead decisions across offers, creators, content, and LIVE strategy
Performance, Reporting & Optimization
Analyze KPIs (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, take rate, affiliate contribution, LIVE GMV/hour) and translate insights into actions
Prepare and present data-backed performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
Identify scaling opportunities across offers, promos, creator mix, content formats, and LIVE programming
Affiliate & Creator Commerce
Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive creator-generated sales
Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with TikTok affiliates and content creators
Negotiate commission structures and manage sample seeding programs
Optimize creator networks for ROI, volume, and brand fit
LIVE + Shoppable Content Coordination
Coordinate with creators and internal teams to plan LIVE calendars and shoppable content strategy
Brief creative teams on hooks, offers, product positioning, and brand guardrails
Monitor LIVE session metrics and iterate to improve GMV/hour and conversion
TikTok Shop Ops
Oversee core Seller Center levers that impact conversion: listings, pricing, promos, bundles, flash sales, and campaign registrations
Monitor shop health metrics and ensure compliance with TikTok policies + best practices
Coordinate inventory/fulfillment tracking and customer service escalations with brand teams
Requirements
TikTok Shop Partner Agency background - experience working with a leading TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) agency
3 to 5 years of influencer marketing agency experience (or adjacent: affiliate/social commerce/account management)
Used to deploying 6-figure to 7-figure influencer/affiliate campaign budgets
Love what you do - have real passion for building and executing campaigns (and companies)
Ecstatic about the idea of changing your life with 3-5 years of grinding and building - excited about long hours in exchange for learning to build companies at scale + meaningful equity upside
