Copeland Chevrolet, located in Brockton, Massachusetts, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Center Representative to join our Chevrolet Business Development Center (BDC). As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service. This is a full time position with a generous compensation package.

On average, a Business Development Center Representative earns between $55,000 to $90,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Sales training from industry experts will be provided. No sales experience needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all incoming email leads, phone leads, and chat leads

Perform long-term follow-up with all unsold sales customers

Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration

Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

Assist customers online with our Digital Retailing Platform

Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

REQUIREMENTS

Self-motivation

Basic understanding of web based software

Good verbal and written communication skills

Drive to hit appointment and sales goals

Energetic and outgoing personality that is not afraid to talk to customers
