Job Description – Business Execution Analyst (MER00041KS)
Job Overview Provide strategic and business support for the Head of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services North America (MBFS NA) and the organization. Responsibilities include analysis and updates on strategic projects and business initiatives; preparation of reports, dashboards and presentations on business topics; development and facilitation of workshops; meeting logistics for MBFS NA and Executive Office (EO); collaboration across regions to ensure alignment on strategic and business objectives. Assist in preparation and monitoring of the EO budget and build and maintain relationships across MBFS NA and global colleagues.
Responsibilities
Prepare status updates on strategic projects and business initiatives to communicate status of deliverables, inclusive of issues, risks and achievement toward deadlines. Identify issues and risks for leadership awareness and mitigation/resolution. Collaborate with MBFS NA Executive Office (EO) staff to ensure alignment on topics. (25%)
Develop and maintain standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate business information for awareness and decision making. Determine content based on audience and current business objectives and challenges. Recommend changes based on business environment. (20%)
Develop and facilitate workshops on business topics. Coordinate with topic leads and subject matter experts. Communicate expectations, facilitate to stay on topic and on time. Document minutes and parking lot items. (20%)
Provide meeting logistics for MBFS NA and EO; prepare agendas and communications; document minutes and action items. (20%)
Contribute to and promote organizational activities that facilitate a positive culture, support workplace initiatives, highlight business and employee milestones. (10%)
Assist in preparation and monitoring of the EO budget in conjunction with the Business Execution Lead. (5%)
Qualifications Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will be provided for this position. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
2 years Administration – General
3 years Business – General
2 years Communications Planning – General
2 years Finance – General
2 years Information Technology – General
2 years Strategy – General
Education High School Diploma (or GED) is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
