Do you love challenges?

You plan and coordinate change and adoption activities to ensure that automated workflows are understood, adopted, and used correctly by impacted teams.

You prepare clear communication materials that explain upcoming changes, their benefits, and expectations, while aligning timing with impacted teams to match rollout plans.

You organize and deliver training sessions and provide easy‑to‑follow documentation, guides and quick reference materials, supporting users before and after go‑lives.

You monitor training completion, readiness scores, adoption rates, gather user feedback, and identify adoption blockers or behaviour gaps.

You maintain templates for communication, training plans, and readiness documentation and contribute to the Automation Change Framework to ensure consistent use across towers.

You have proven experience in organizational change, transformation, or user‑adoption roles.

Experience working with IT services, support teams, or automation rollouts is advantageous.

You have the ability to plan and deliver training, workshops, and enablement activities.

You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams.

You have an analytical mindset with the ability to understand process impacts and adoption dependencies.

Experience with AI‑supported learning, communication, or enablement tools is a plus.

Proficiency in written and spoken English and German round out your profile.
