Mission Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced
Real Estate Loan Servicer II
to join our Loan Servicing team. In this highly detail ‑ oriented role, you’ll support our members, ensure loan accuracy, manage key loan servicing functions, and help uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and ensuring quality and compliance in loan operations, we’d love to meet you.
Here is what we are looking for:
Set up and quality ‑ check new mortgage loans
Manage subordinations, modifications, and PMI removals
Process credit disputes and SCRA/CMVC requests
Track loan maturities, balloon payments, escrow holdbacks & more
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless member experience
3+ years of loan servicing experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
Experience with MSP, Servicing Director, or Symitar is a plus
