
Organic Strategy Specialist

Barco Rent A Truck continues to scale our national footprint, we are expanding our internal marketing team to deepen our strategic and editorial capabilities. We are seeking an Organic Strategy Specialist to serve as the narrative lead and analytical anchor of our organic growth efforts.
In this role, you will lead the "voice" and the "logic" of our digital presence. Working in tandem with our design-focused specialists, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and measurable business results. You won't just execute content-you will define the strategy behind how and why we show up, where we engage, and how we convert interest into growth. This is a role for a critical thinker who excels at translating fleet logistics into compelling stories and using data to prove the success of the narrative.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Organic Traffic
Develop and own a comprehensive 12‑month roadmap to grow organic traffic across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Identify new digital channels and opportunities to promote the Barco brand without relying solely on paid spend.
Editorial & Copywriting
Act as the lead voice for Barco, producing high‑impact copy for blogs, website content, and social media.
Translate complex logistical and fleet management concepts into engaging stories.
Project & Timeline Management
Maintain and innovate the organic social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic cadence.
Manage timelines to ensure tradeshow deadlines and other project milestones are met.
Community & Brand Reputation
Lead community management efforts by responding to comments, questions, and messages across all platforms, driving lead conversion.
Ensure a premium, responsive, and helpful brand experience for every digital interaction.
Data‑Driven Optimization
Define, monitor, and action brand KPIs. Deliver monthly metric reporting of organic progress.
Use Google Analytics and platform‑specific tools to track success and present actionable recommendations for improvement to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, content strategy, or brand management (B2B or Logistics experience is a major plus).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at data, identify trends, and build a strategic solution without being prompted.
Project Management: Highly organized, detail oriented, capable of juggling multiple moving parts and pivot as needed.
Collaboration: Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative, operations and Leadership teams.
Ownership & Drive: Self‑motivated and proactive in finding opportunities to grow the brand.
