is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic

Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner

to serve as a key advisor and partner to the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice Presidents. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving impactful change across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the food and hospitality industry, demonstrate independent thinking, and possess the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

This position is fully remote, with the requirement that the selected candidate reside in the Midwest or Western regions of the United States.

What You'll Do

Serve as a strategic and tactical HR partner to the COO and senior leadership team.

Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and segment specific change management.

Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Effectiveness) to implement aligned HR programs.

Leverage HR data, workforce analytics, and trend insights—turning them into actionable strategies for improved performance and retention.

Lead change management, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, and leadership development initiatives.

Demonstrate independent judgment and agility in decision-making, with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Influence with and without formal authority, fostering alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Champion operational excellence by upskilling teams and enhancing performance across the organization.

Support new sales and retention efforts through compelling presentations and storytelling that resonate with clients.

What You Bring

10 years’ Human Resources and management experience for a large organization

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership or HRBP role, ideally within food services, hospitality, or related high-volume industries.

Experience collaborating effectively with HR Centers of Excellence.

Strong strategic, business, and financial acumen.

Experience in compensation, policy interpretation, and HR compliance.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Experience with talent development, organizational design, and change management.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic action

Valid Drivers License is required

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience: 10 years management experience

Minimum Functional Experience: 10 years HR experience
