1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice Possess time management skills and be able to work independently High school diploma or GED equivalent Bi-lingual BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience
Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
