Ladera Center has Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant opportunities. $10,000 bonus eligible. Ask about increased pay in lieu of benefits.
Responsibilities Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
Collaborate with peers to refer patients as needed and support their rehabilitation journey.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure families receive the highest quality service.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
Location & Work Environment In-facility work environment.
Reporting Structure Reporting to Director of Rehab.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour.
Bonus: $10,000.
