As an Enablement Specialist, you will own and support improvement functions to build a more effective and efficient TA organization- including operations, analytics, technology, training, communications, and program design. Role Responsibilities: Partner with global TA teams, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Finance to understand talent needs and capacity modeling to create talent attraction and acquisition strategy Design, execute and lead continuous improvement of projects across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection Conduct market research on talent availability, industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and emerging hiring risks Use data and analytics to monitor funnel metrics and provide insights to guide staffing decisions Drive adoption and training on TA technologies, while identifying opportunities for automation and improved workflows Drive project execution within a matrixed organization and holding TA teams accountable to timelines and deliverables Manage project plans, budgets and vendor/procurement processes Design, implement, and improve organizational Enablement Programs that support training, upskilling, and improved candidate and hiring manager experiences Deliver communications to improve organizational transparency and awareness of ongoing initiatives Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 4-7 years of experience in HR operations or analytics Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights Strong project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder influence skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-volume and ambiguous environments, applying a strong problem-solving mindset Ability to effectively build and design reporting structures in Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Talent Acquisition Operations or Enablement experience highly preferred Program management backgroundsuch as Employee Referrals or Onboardinga huge plus Previous engagement with Workday and/or Eightfold Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
