White Parker is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and experienced Senior Consultant to provide dynamic, customer outcome-focused management consulting services focused on strengthening and modernizing acquisition management processes. You will drive operational excellence by improving acquisition workflows and resource management, developing and executing robust cost estimating methodologies and evaluation practices, and strengthening governance through standardizing templates, processes, and documentation. The ideal candidate is highly proficient and knowledgeable in the federal acquisition life cycle and related rules and regulations. The ideal candidate is strategic-minded while also tactically focused, an excellent writer and editor, and customer-facing. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day acquisition activities while also evaluating the overall process for strategic improvements Assist in the development, refinement, and finalization of acquisition documentation requirements including statements of work, market research, etc. Develop and deliver training on the acquisition life cycle including planning, solicitation preparation, proposal evaluation, etc. Review acquisition documents and provide detailed feedback to improve clarity, grammar, etc. Recommend and execute process improvements and efficiencies to strengthen the acquisition life cycle Support contract data, databases, and reporting tools to include maintaining data, testing databases, and developing reports using tools, Microsoft 365 applications (e.g,, Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint), and SQL-bases systems Conduct data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and inefficiencies Assist in developing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) using appropriate methodologies Evaluate, recommend, and drive improvements to the client's cost estimating structure to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's in business, or related field 5+ years of experience in management consulting with at least 3+years in acquisition lifecycle-related consulting Experience in business process improvement, transformation, and/or modernization efforts Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint; ability to learn agency?specific program management tools. Excellent written/oral English Experience in federal environments Desired Qualifications DIWIA, FAC-C, or COR certification Additional certification related to acquisitions or process improvement Work Conditions This role is a hybrid-position with a client located in NE Washington DC
