
Marketing and Sales Director

This Director is an experienced leader with proven success in sales and marketing process and practices. The ideal candidate would have the ability to understand competitive analysis and develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. They would manage across various product and consultative sales processes to support overall strategy, growth, and cross sell. This role would manage projects and processes to support sales outcomes. They would develop team members to deliver on business goals. This role would report to the Vice President.
Key Responsibilities Sales Drive sales process, competitor analysis and marketing strategy
Guide sales planning, forecasting, and advisory pricing recommendations
Oversee key metrics and sales analytics for department
Support cross-sell and overall Go-To-Market strategy
Manage company lead generation activities supporting the advisory and energy as a service business lines
Marketing Provide strategic leadership and identify marketing opportunities, conference planning, and action plans to meet business goals and objectives
Support branding and prospective client materials
Manage website content, social media marketing, and external materials for organization
Leadership Support hiring and performance management of team members
Collaborate with EaaS and AS functions and leaders
Manage incentive plans
Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or related field
5-years experience in Sales Strategy, Marketing, Finance or applicable role
Experience managing a team and managing proposals or similar deliverables
Ability to manage workflows to schedules and quality expectations
Experience in Energy industry a plus
Process management, project management and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate across multiple business areas
Strong leadership and performance management skills
