Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Producer for an on‑site role located in Raleigh, NC. The Producer will build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, develop new business opportunities, and consult with clients to identify appropriate insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, preparing and presenting tailored insurance plans, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales, networking, and relationship‑building skills
Knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to meet targets and work towards revenue goals
Organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills
Proficiency with insurance‑related software and CRM tools
State‑specific insurance license required, or willingness to obtain one
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required
